1. Definitions

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated:

• "Platform" refers to the playsbo website accessible at playsbo.one and all services provided on it.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who registers and uses an account on the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a Player to use the Platform's services.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds in a Player's account at any given time, including cash and bonus funds.
• "Bonus" refers to funds or credit value granted by playsbo to a Player in accordance with the applicable promotion terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any service on the playsbo Platform, the Player expressly and implicitly agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If the Player does not agree with any part of this document, the Player is advised not to register or use the Platform.

Acceptance of these terms is legally binding. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of the amended terms.

3. User Eligibility

playsbo only accepts registrations from individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 21 and above on the date of registration.
• Not included on the self-exclusion list of any active responsible gambling programme.
• Registering in their own name and not on behalf of a third party.
• Not located in a jurisdiction that prohibits participation in online gambling.

4. Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the Platform. Registration of multiple accounts, whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment details, is strictly prohibited.

Players are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during registration is complete, accurate and up to date. playsbo is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the Player.

• Account passwords must be kept secure and must not be shared with any party.
• Any activity that occurs through your account is considered your own activity.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our customer support immediately via live chat.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

The Platform supports a range of secure and widely used payment methods in Malaysia. All financial transactions are processed to high security standards.

Applicable transaction limits:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all withdrawal methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 10–45 minutes after the request is approved.

Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

playsbo reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawals for security review, identity verification or investigation of suspicious activity. In such cases, our support team will contact the Player through their registered channel.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

playsbo offers a range of promotions to registered members. Each promotion is subject to specific conditions stated at the time the promotion is announced.

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount received.

Applicable calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 15 = RM3,000
• Deposit RM1,000 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM1,888 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 15 = RM13,320

In addition to the welcome bonus, playsbo also offers weekly cashback through a VIP programme covering four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum — with cashback rates ranging from 0.3% to 1.2% depending on membership level. Other promotions such as birthday bonuses, referral bonuses and seasonal promotions are also available from time to time.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the playsbo Platform are final once confirmed by the system. Players cannot cancel or change a bet once it has been accepted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balance:

• Use of automation software, betting bots or any unauthorised assistance tools.
• Deliberately exploiting system bugs or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Arranging with other players to exploit promotions collectively.
• Collectively clearing bonuses or doing so through a third party.
• Simultaneously betting on all possible outcomes of a single game in order to meet wagering requirements.

playsbo reserves the right to void winnings and refuse payment if a breach of the above rules is proven, regardless of whether the account had already made a withdrawal before the breach was discovered.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

Players may close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all eligible cash balances will be processed for withdrawal according to the standard procedure.

playsbo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if:

• The Player breaches any term in this document.
• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity.
• Registration information is found to be false or incomplete.
• The Player has registered more than one account.
• The account is identified as belonging to an individual under 21 years of age.

9. Limitation of Liability

playsbo provides the Platform on an as-is basis. The Platform does not guarantee that services will operate without interruption or technical errors at all times.

To the extent permitted by law, playsbo is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses suffered by a Player arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Service interruptions caused by system maintenance or circumstances beyond the Platform's control.
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the Player.
• Unauthorised access to an account due to the Player's negligence in safeguarding their password.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the playsbo Platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, trade names and software — is the exclusive property of playsbo or its relevant licensors. Players are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish or use any such content without prior written consent.

11. Amendments to Terms

playsbo reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of this document at any time. Players will be notified via a notice on the Platform or by registered email when significant changes are made.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment is considered full acceptance of the amended terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review this page from time to time to ensure they are always aware of the latest version of the applicable terms.
